一、什麼是UPP

What is UPP

UPP的全名是 U Portable Platform，顧名思義就是可帶著走的作業平台（虛擬電腦）。
U，具有「優」、「Universal」、「Your」、「UDN digital」等涵意。

UPP full name is U Portable Platform, it means platform that is moveable(Virtual PC).
In mandarin U also means [Excellent], [Universal], [Your] , [ UDN digital] etc.

二、啟動UPP

Start up UPP

1. 插入USB碟後，即彈出選擇視窗，點選UPortablePlatform.exe，按【確定】鈕，
   接著出現版本顯示及詢問是否進入UPP虛擬桌面？請自行決定是否進入，
   UPP虛擬桌面開啟後才有 "快速桌布切換"、"啟動捷徑" 的功能，即可進入UPP程式管理介面。
   
   
   After insert USB removable drive, it will show up Select Option Interface, please click on UPortablePlatform.exe , press [OK] icon then it will prompt up interface to confirm your authorization to enter UPP virtual interface. You can decided to agree or disagree for entering the UPP virtual interface, after open the UPP virtual interface it will prompt up the ‘Interface Switching Shortcut’, ‘Startup Shortcut’ functions, by then it will bring you into the UPP Administration Interface.
   
   
   
2. 或在檔案總管USB碟的根目錄，雙擊UPortablePlatform.exe程式，即可開啟UPP程式管理介面。
   
   
   Or at Windows Explorer, find the USB drive show it on your computer, double click the UPortablePlatform.exe file, then it will start up the UPP Administration Interface.

三、更換桌面

Change Wallpaper

1. 將游標放在UPP頁面上方的UPortable Platform 圖示上，按滑鼠左鍵或右鍵開啟PopUpMenu，
   即可更換桌面。 PS：若欲更換自已的桌面，請將桌面圖檔(.BMP、.JPG)放在
   [磁碟代號]：\UPortable Platform\MyDocuments\MyPicture\wallpaper\ 下，再執行上述的步驟，
   即可完成更換個人化桌面。或是將桌面圖檔(.BMP、.JPG)拖曳到UPP的上方的UPortable Platform
   圖示上即可。
   
   
   Please move your mouse cursor to UPP interface showed on the display below, left click your mouse or right click your mouse to open PopUpMenu , then it can exchange the display interface. PS: If want to change to your own display interface, please save your BMP,JPG files into drive named: \UPortable Platform\MyDocuments\MyPicture\wallpaper\ , then begin the steps mention above which can personalize your display interface. Or just move your (BMP,JPG) files to the UPP upper side [UPortable Platform] display icon which also can personalize your display interface.
   
   

四、更換個人化圖示

Personalized Display Interface

1. 點選左上角頁面圖示，即出現多個預覽圖示。
   
   Please left click the UPP interface and it will display the default personal icon display.
   
   
   
2. 點選要更換的圖示，即完成更換圖示。
   
   
   Please choose and click on the default personal icon that you desired, it will update to the latest default personal icon that you choose.
   
   
   PS： 若欲更換自已的圖示，將45＊45的圖檔(.BMP、.JPG)放在
   [磁碟代號]：\UPortable Platform\Common\User Pictures\ 下，再執行1∼2的步驟，
   即可完成更換個人化圖示。或是將45＊45的圖檔(.BMP)拖曳到UPP上方的個人化圖即可。
   
   
   PS: If you want to update to your own personal display, please save the 45*45(BMP,JPG) file into drive named: \UPortable Platform\Common\User Pictures\ , then process Step 1 and 2 mention above will update your personal icon. Or move the 45*45(BMP,JPG) files to the UPP upper side personalized icon which also can update your personal icon.
   

五、我的文件

My Document

為UPP專屬的文件夾，內容包含我的文件、我的最愛、我的音樂、我的圖片等[我的文件]資料夾。


This is UPP unique document folder, its contents My Document, My Favorite, My Music, My Picture etc folder.

六、我的最愛

My Favorite

[我的最愛]可自行加入網頁捷徑，或是由其他電腦匯入捷徑，IE就可隨時隨地帶著走。


My Favorite can add in webpage shortcut , or import other computer webpage shortcut, IE can easily carry by.

1. 將游標放在[我的最愛]旁邊黑箭頭上，點選後即跳出[匯入/匯出]視窗。
   
   
   When you place your cursor to the triangle next to [My Favorite], click on it and then it will prompt out [Import/Export/Cancel] window.
   
   
   
2. 若要將本機[我的最愛]的網頁捷徑加入UPP上[我的最愛]，則點選[Import]鈕即可。
   
   
   If you want to import current computer webpage shortcut into UPP [My Favorite], only need to click on [Import] icon.
   
   
   
3. 若要將UPP上[我的最愛]的網頁捷徑加入本機[我的最愛]，則點選[Export]鈕即可。
   
   
   If you want to transfer UPP [My Favorite]’s webpage shortcut transfer to current computer’s [My Favorite], only need to click on [Export] icon.

七、檔案總管

File Manager

點選[檔案總管]即可彈出USB碟[檔案總管]的視窗及內容。


Please click on [File Manager] it will prompt out USB drive[File Manager] windows and contents.

八、程式切換

Program Switching

1. 點選[所有程式]，即可顯示UPP的所有程式清單。
   
   
   Click on [All Programs], it will show all the programs listed on UPP.
   
   
   
2. 點選[常用程式]，即可回到常用程式捷徑顯示視窗。
   
   
   Click on [ Frequent Use Programs], it will bring you back to Frequent Use Programs Shortcut window.

九、建立捷徑

Setup Shortcut

1. 在UPP的『常用程式捷徑顯示區』中，最上方為「超高捷徑」最多可設定2個捷徑，
   下方是「一般捷徑」最多設定7個捷徑。
   
   
   At UPP’s[Frequent Use Programs Shortcut Display Area], at the upper side is [Top Level Shortcut] which can save 2 shortcuts, bottom side is [Normal Shortcut] which can saved maximum 7 shortcuts.
   
   
   
2. 在[所有程式]的『所有程式顯示區』，將滑鼠放在你想建立捷徑的程式上，按右鍵點選建立捷徑，即可將你所選擇的的程式加入『常用程式捷徑顯示區』中。
   
   
   At[All Programs]’s[All Programs Display Areas], place your cursor to the program that you want to setup shortcut, right click [Setup Shortcut], it will added your program into [Frequent Use Programs Shortcut Display].

十、啟動捷徑

Running Shortcut

新增程式捷徑到UPP的快速啟動目錄(支援5個)，按下磁碟容量顯示圖即可開至啟動目錄。


Added program shortcut into UPP’s speedy running menu(support 5 programs0, click on USB display icon will display the speedy running menu.

十一、移除捷徑

Delete Shortcut

只要在『常用程式捷徑顯示區』中，將滑鼠放在想移除的程式上，
按右鍵點選「移除捷徑」就可以了。


At [Frequent Use Programs Shortcut Display], place your cursor to the program that you want to delete, just right click [Delete Shortcut] and it will delete the unwanted program shortcut.


PS：「移除捷徑」不會刪除程式，仍保留在[所有程式]的『所有程式顯示區』內。


PS: [Delete Shortcut] will not delete the program, the program will remain at [All Programs]’s[All Programs Display Areas].

十二、新增程式

Adding New Program

1. 下載Portable程式儲存至UPP資料夾上。
   
   
   Download Portable program and save it into UPP folder.
   
   
   
2. 點選[安裝程式]，出現檔案總管視窗，點選要安裝的程式，並安裝於UPP資料夾
   [磁碟代號]：\UPortable Platform\Program File\下。
   
   
   Click on [Install Program], it will show up File Manager window, click on install program and install into UPP folder: \UPortable Platform\Program File\.
   
   
   
3. [選項]按右鍵，選點[頁面整理]。
   
   
   Right click [Option], click on [Pages Arrangement] .
   
   
   
4. 選點[所有程式]，左邊即出現剛下載安裝的軟體。
   
   
   Click on [All Programs], at the left side will display the recent programs that has installed.
   
   
   
5. 完成新增程式。
   
   
   Installation completed.
   
   
   PS：
   (1) 若已有安裝完成的程式，可將整個資料夾移至 [磁碟代號]：\UPortable Platform\Program File\下，或是將要顯示的程式(.EXE)拖曳到 UPP的『常用程式捷徑顯示區』的按鈕即可。
   
   
   (1) If has installed program, can transfer the whole folder in to \UPortable Platform\Program File\ , or paste the .EXE file into UPP’s [All Programs Display Shortcut Areas] icon.
   
   
   (2) 如果是壓縮的.EXE、.ZIP 檔 (解壓即可用的軟體)，也只需將壓縮的.EXE、.ZIP 檔 拖曳到UPP的『新增程式』按鈕，即可自動安裝。
   
   
   If have compressed .EXE, ZIP file(Can used the program after uncompress, just paste the compressed .EXE,ZIP file into UPP’s[Adding New Program] icon and it will automatic start the installation.
   

十三、移除程式

Uninstall Program

1. 點選[移除程式]，出現檔案總管視窗，於[磁碟代號]：\UPortable Platform\Program File\ 下，
   刪除要移除的程式 資料夾。
   
   
   Click on [Uninstall Program], it will prompt out File Manager window, at USB drive：\UPortable Platform\Program File\ , delete the unwanted program’s folder.
   
   
   
2. [選項]按右鍵，選點[頁面整理]。
   
   
   Right click [Option] icon, click on [Page Arrangment].
   
   
   
3. 點選[所有程式]，左邊已刪除的程式即消失。
   
   
   Click on [All Programs], the deleted programs will disappear at your left side.
   
   
   
4. 完成移除程式。
   
   
   Program uninstalled completed.

十四、我來幫你

Help Desk

1. 連結5680(UPP)官方網站。
   
   
   Please connected to 5680(UPP) official website.
   
   
   
2. 將游標放在[我來幫你]旁邊黑箭頭上，點選後即跳出[UPP使用說明]視窗。
   
   
   Please move your cursor into [Help Desk] it will prompt up triangle icon, click on this triangle icon and it will display [ UPP user guide line] window.

十五、選項說明

Option Illustration

1. [頁面樣式]，有布丁黃、海水藍、青草綠等三種頁面，可供選擇更換。
   
   
   [Page Style] color has Putin Yellow, Ocean Blue and Fresh Green 3 colors to choose.
   
   
   
2. [頁面整理]，從新整理新增及移除程式之後的頁面。
   
   
   [Page Arrangement], rearrange display page after new added or deleted program.
   
   
   
3. [語言]，有英文、簡體、繁體等三種語言。
   
   
   [Languages], has English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese 3 version languages.
   
   
   
4. [關閉UPP桌面]，關閉UPP虛擬桌面，[啟用UPP桌面]，進入UPP虛擬桌面。
   
   
   [Closing UPP Table], close the UPP virtual table, [Running UPP Table], then it will enter into virtual UPP virtual table.
   
   
   
5. [RecoveryUSF] ，可用來修復前次的本機桌面設定。
   
   
   [ RecoveryUSF ], might use for to repair the recently this machine desktop setting.
   

十六、輸入法

Languages Input

將游標放在[輸入法]上，按滑鼠右鍵，即會出現輸入法選單視窗，
再點選所要的輸入法即可（只支援繁、簡體中文）。


Place the cursor to [Languages Input], right click the mouse, it will show up the language input option window, then click on the language input that you prefer.(Only support Simplified and Traditional Chinese)

十七、關閉UPP程式及移除USB硬體

Closing UPP program or remove USB drive

點選[OFF]鈕，即關閉UPP管理程式介面，並出現安全移除UPP硬體視窗選項，
若點選Yes則安全移除USB硬體，若點選No則僅關閉UPP管理程式介面。


Click [Off] icon, it will closing the UPP Administration Interface and show up Safety to remove your USB drive window option. If you click Yes it will safety remove the USB hard drive, if you click No it will closing the UPP Administration Interface.

十八、其他

Others

1. 關閉UPP桌面或者安全移除UPP硬體，UPP都會將UPP所使用的Temporary Internet Files刪除。
   
   
   Closing UPP table or safety remove UPP drive, UPP will deleted all Temporary Internet Files that has been used by UPP.
   
   
   
2. UPP支援繁簡中及英文WIN2000、XP、VISTA等32位元作業系統。
   
   
   UPP support Simplified, Traditional and English version WIN2000、XP、VISTA etc 32 byte operating system.

十九、異常當機

Abnormal Crash

1. 請重新開機，並用同一使用者帳號登入，當出現錯誤訊息視窗時，請點選訊息窗口的按鈕，
   程式會自動修復並會重新登出，再登入後即恢復正常，或者再重新開機即可。
   
   
   Please restart your computer and login with the same user name, when it show error message window, please click on this error message button, the program will automatic repaired and re-login, when re-login it will back to normal status or restart your computer.
   
   
   
2. 上述修復無效時，可使用選項的 [ RecoveryUSF ] 功能修復。
   
   
   When the above repair is invalid, may use the option [ RecoveryUSF ] the function to repair.
